Caledonia leaders were the polar opposite of toxic. Caledonia was sold purely as Retro could no longer dedicate himself 100% to the faction. There were discussions for council members to buy into Caledonia but at that time was not possible so the decision was made to sell
We all went our separate ways until Retro asked us to join him again at Iron. Such is the level of respect we have for Retro a lot of us did. Everything was good to start with, indeed I was one of the directors of an Iron mine....then the grumblings and fallout started....eventually all of us old Cale members put our heads together and decided things couldn't go on as they were and discussions started wether we buy the Iron shell or leave. Discussions with Iron soon fell.apart so quiet simply we pooled money together bought a shell and left. Money was owed to us by Iron, the level of trust had broken down so yes myself and others held mines until funds were paid back....I would say the majority of people would say that was sensible. The money was eventually paid back and the mines handed over....its that simple. In regards to Retros character and leadership I could name dozens of people who would vouch how good he is. Not authorotive at all and highly intelligent and committed. Why else would so many people stick by him and follow him for years? Our new faction is now running like a dream...we have a dedicated council who debate and resolve any issues as a collective.... at the end of it all this has been a success story for us and a new beginning.
Looking for 50k manual although would consider slightly less. Pay is generally ten times total work stats plus 50k for each merit in EE. Must be active daily and rehab if required. Free rotational trains.
