More factions are now testing the limits with PA teams and finding that the boost from a Law Firm can make the difference between being there, and being square. Obviously this works with other Organised Crimes too. If you can Rob a money train, Take over a cruise liner or Hijack a plane sooner than normal, then you'll get to PA level sooner too. Anyone looking for a job in a Law Firm can find it difficult to secure a spot in one that is 7* or greater. This is the issue I came across and the whole reason I’m starting my own instead. So, here is an opportunity to join a shiny new firm that will soon meet the requirements to gain that all important 20% boost. I am not new to directing companies after previously maintaining successful 10* spots for months. Law Firms don’t usually make a profit for directors. I’m not doing this to get rich, I’m doing it for the OC boost just like everyone else, like you perhaps.
What I require:
- You are required to retain your own performance rating. I am not your Mam and will not constantly remind you to do so and wipe your ass.
- You need to be active daily. Even if only for a few minutes to go through the motions, but daily activity is very important for a company to grow and stay at the top. If there’s going to be an issue, just let me know.
After 2 days of inactivity without notice, I will be searching for a replacement. Regular absenteeism will result in exclusion from trains and docked wages.
- As an employee you can rest assured that I will not let other “Slackers” pull you or the company down.
- Regular rehab. If you are at war or chaining, just let me know.
- If you decide to leave the company please give me a couple of days notice. Keep in mind, if you just jump ship, it's other players that you will potentially mess up too, not just the company should you cause the company to lose a star (never lost a star yet though).
What you get:
Each employee is treated equally.
$200k pay for everyone. This is to avoid employees joining then going AWOL.
At 7* and above there will typically be no wages as your income if from OC's/PA's.
Trains are issued on rotation.
