I'm Harvey. It is a direct insult which he has used previously because I am autistic.

The last time he did it, he used my full ID and shortly after that got some fed time.

Since then he's got a tiny bit more subtle, such as the Rain Man profile pic and just using the more generic first half of my game name.

I'm not bothered by him, he's a handy chain and merit target. Beyond that I've no interest in him at all.

Now that Crimes 2.0 has been released we are going to need a new line. 'After Crimes 2.0' has become a mantra. A key Torn phrase to describe otherwise unexpressable time frames.
