Not sure what happend, but I burned down the building in under 30 seconds and did not get the merit.
I checked the awards page as a few people suggested, it's not there.
I did inquire it yesterday to hold until Thermite was unlocked.

Pinata had 10m hp last time. this time it had 100m hp
I tried just updating them over the original ones and they didn't work. So I deleted profitability and bang for buck, then re-added the ones Neth posted and they work fine on PDA now. You might have to do the same thing

Sand will need updating, as it is now classified as a material, and no longer a temp
level 70 unique (coat hanger) requires 100% notoriety
been getting it as well, decided to open the console just to see what it said (not that i understand it), and have more info to post here
