Some People requires you to send a random player Duke designates an "unwanted" package. The mission description goes onto include items such as Dog Poo or Used Toilet Paper. Each of those items goes for approximately ~$2 million dollars at this time. Instead, you can send your own parcel with the following items, which will save you a lot of money, just about 2 million dollars. Now I'm not exactly sure which item it was so that's why I've included all three and it's easier than sending each individually to find out.
After purchasing all the items, go to My Items and Use your Empty Box You should be prompted to place up to three items in the box, just put 1 quantity for each of the items you just bought. Once the parcel is filled you'll be able to enter the player name Duke states in your mission description. Send your parcel and your mission is complete.

Can you manually change my last step to complete because I have done it twice and there's still a glitch, otherwise the bug will cause me to fail the mission and lose standing with Duke and negatively affect our relationship
That was more or less me asking if I had done anything wrong, unbeknown that it was a bug issue. Feel free to delete that post iff you wish. No need for redundancy. I found this after posting that, my bad. Thanks for the help
