Also funny how i've been a regular guest in factions and have a pretty stellar track record aside from disliking chains and have been known to call out vault thieves. Ask Hood Alliance's former members what their leadership chat looked like after i called out Mighty Ducks co-lead NxT for having stolen the vault of Get Stuffed, or committee member Qfiffle about the recommendation she gave when 39th Family leadership did a background check on my character.

Since I was the one that inspired this, I'll chime in.
I think it would take away from the "player" aspect of torn to have this be a permanent thing. If something like this were implemented, it would have to be just for a single day- with a 1-month recharge. That would help keep directors from getting screwed over by people leaving abruptly an hour before reset but not take away the people aspect of the whole company mechanic.
Gonna be a lot more than a week considering your homophobic and sexist remarks bud.
I pay $500k+ for losses when i buy in small batches and prefer not to go through the big orgs. Just gotta be on the lookout in business for yourself.
To OP: Don't start a faction early in this game. They're huge time and money sinks and if you piss off the wrong person you're gonna get raided and lose it all anyway. Best way to get a buncha capital if you INSIST is to swipe obv (roughly 5USD per $23.5m) but ingame activities joining an established RW cache farm and flying on the side are the way to go.

Silver basically made this game for me. I still hear her in my head mocking me when I do something stupid or think about quitting Torn.
