I have been saving to start a AN business from the start when I finish the business course.
And as I am waiting to get there I have been studing how other ANs run there business.
What I have found will help me in the future when I do start my AN business.
What I have found:
1. Communication:
There is a newletter that can be used to keep the employees up
to date on how the company is doing. Keep employees informed makes them a part
of the company and betters the change of keeping the employees on every day.
I have never seen this used in all the AN I have worked for and watch fall.
My answer to this problem:
Is to use this Newsletter offer to encourage my employee
and keep them updated on how we are doing.

2. Employees:
One of the biggest mistakes I see is that there are employees that
do not show up to support the company . I have watch as employees only come on
when it is time to get the DVD then they are off till the next time. Employees
that take 1-2-3 days every day or every other day off and they are allowed to
stay. Even see a bad employee fired and was rehired and was off before the 3 day cool down.
Keeping this kind of employee is a big danger in getting to a 10 star company.
There is no way to control the INV and the owns run wild trying to keep up.
Without all employee showing up every day there is a slim change that the owner will
make cost for the day. And if they ever do get to a 10 star they will not be able to
hold it.
MY answer to this problem is :
Fire any employee that does not support the company by showing up daily.
I understand there will be time this would happen.
But when it is a habbit they will be fired.

3. Ordering:
Ordering is a big one. Controlling Inv is something all the ANs I have worked for
had no control of. When employees never showing and the fact that the own had no idea
how to order and would just order to cover his/her weak areas..
If one did the math it would show that AN (max) 250,000 Inv spot to fill.
There is 8 item to sale make 250,000/8 = 31,250 is the max Inv for any item.
Now you HAVE to order EVERY DAY. (not every 2 day) because of that
the max Inv for each item is 15,125.
Now this is not a perfect World and would be a target to aim for a stable 10 star AN company.
So there is going to be some give and take here as we grow.
(pricing can help control INV)
One of the problem is that owner order items they do not need and use up inv
spots that could be use on the strong selling items and end up running short
and even out of stock.
Running low and out of stock and employees that do not show will in the end kill the company.
MY answer to this problem is :
Set Inv to max that can be held by each item (15,000)
reordering every day. Reorder after the company update (18:00 torn time) one day
and just before the update the next day . This will help to control the Inv.
Because there will be INV space available I will be able to cover any over sales on any item till
I get the inv and the prices stable.
Reordering only what is sold and keeping the total invertory space at 15,000.

4. Addiction:
Addiction is a harder one to attack. Wars, Revive contracts, trainning all ad to the problem
of a lasting addiction that can last days. This addiction problem is a drain on the company.
And will hurt daily sales. When you have a hi addiction count then the employee productivity
over all for the company is going to drop till the addiction has passed.
I have learned to control my Addiction and will encourage my employee to do the same.
If there comes a time when any employee can not control and keep going over 10 then I will have to
replace him/her.
MY answer to this problem is :
I am here to run a AN business not a rehab.
5. Business perks:
Not figure this out because I am not a bussiness owner but when the perk saids " you can up your prices without lossing any customer".
Does that mean that you may not get as many new customer if you up your prices just becouse you can and maybe it would be a better idea
to hold prices down on some slow saling item to get more customer?
