If only I didn't quit for over 8 years I'd be up there with the big hitters. Quitters never win.
Long story cut short. Rock had the most stats, I challenged myself to take top position. Finally had the most stats, got bored and quit shortly before drugs came out
I came back in 2016 with 16m total stats and have been ever present since.
I've been practically fossilized in the community since "Day Two," having stumbled upon this lovely digital landscape quite by accident. Picture this: I was deep into another game probably failing spectacularly, as is my usual style, when a helpful (or perhaps deeply misguided) soul mentioned this place. It was like finding a secret, glitchy door in the back of a medieval tavern, and I thought, "Well, that looks less frustrating than what I'm doing now!"
Oh, theearly days! It was practically a barren wasteland back then we had two trees, a slightly flickering texture for the sky, and we all had to share one low-poly donkey. It's safe to say it has changed more radically than a chameleon trying to blend into a rainbow. It's grown absolutely massively since then. I sometimes log in and feel like an elderly tourist visiting their old hometown, muttering, "We didn't have these fancy weapons, armour, companies etc back in my day! And where did all these neon lights come from?"
Now, my activity hasn't been what you'd call 'consistent.' I took an unscheduled, extended eight-year sabbatical, not to find myself, but mostly because life threw a few metaphorical grenades my way. There was the small matter of a military service injury that put a temporary halt on my elite button-mashing career. Let's just say my character is far deadly than my current real-life stride. But these days, logging in and just playing casually has stopped being a decision and started being a reflex, a low-grade habit right up there with blinking and accidentally burning toast. I'm basically a digital houseplant now, occasionally needing water (or Wi-Fi) and quietly accruing dust, but I'm still rooted here!
