I'm leaving as soon as I get back to Torn. Will showed me three things 1. Loyalty is for sucker ass bitches. 2. When a blue name shows up, you bow down or get gunned down. 3. Starting in this game is a sucker's game and nobody will ever amount to shit. Kick me I dare you I don't even care if you keep my banked cash I'm done.

Affluenza is worse than just a baby, he is a trade mugger and gloating pig. He demands cash instead of xan equivalent, then cancels the trade and mugs. Then he sends me this: [image: cdn.discordapp.com] Just to make sure I know who did it. He is as much an enfant terrible as his profile pic would suggest.
A finger on the monkey's paw curls. You need never sleep again. You always have enough energy to soldier on - but only just enough. You never feel truly well-rested or refreshed, and you can't sleep even if you wish to. Additionally, your twenty-four-hour lifestyle will be a perpetual strain on any close relationships you may have. Was it worth it?
There are two sayings associated with Las Vegas: "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas", and "The house always wins". Here in Torn, we concern ourselves primarily with the second of these phrases. All Player v. Computer gambling, like gambling against the casino, or 'house', in real life, favors the casino itself to some degree. While The size of this 'house edge' can vary and sometimes someone gets lucky, the casino makes more money than it loses in the long term. It's how they keep the lights on. As such, it's best not to gamble money you can't afford to lose. While I know you're upset, you can still come out of this wiser having paid your tuition at the school of hard knocks.
Please allow me to be frank. Your posting and your style thereof are not helping matters. I tried to imply this in a way in my earlier response in a gentle manner, but it seems that was not successful. While I do not think you are a monster, your run-on sentences are monstrously long. This poor grammar could on its own be a casus belli for more curmudgeonly players to send you to Torn City Hospital. Additionally, I believe that the reactions you've posted in this thread may be the primary motivator of the person or persons hospitalizing you. For your sake and that of your fellow posters, I ask that you step away from these forums for a bit. Your posting suggests that you're very upset, and upset reactions are like crack for Internet trolls. I hope things get better, but better days start with a step in the right direction.
I see you're adjusting to life in Torn, albeit with some aches and pains here and there.. Judging by your post history, you asked questions in the Question and Answer subforum, but didn't search to see if your question was already addressed. This is understandable, but it seems a few of Torn's grumpier players decided to enforce the social contract with a bit more gusto than perhaps you were expecting. I recommend using New Players chat for such questions, which is a little more easy-going than the forums. Alternatively, you could find a faction buddy willing to mentor you or try to sleuth out the answers via a search engine. I hope you weren't turned off Torn completely - it's not always easy or fair, but it's pretty fun.
How are you doing today? I hope you're hanging in there. I understand that it's frustrating to not see moderator action following a report, but these allegations making are very serious. Speaking as someone who recently left a different browser game partly because of staff bias, that is not a charge to be made lightly. The objective of moderation staff not disclosing their player names is to avoid the appearance of bias in reports and to prevent unscrupulous players from harassing them over rulings they disagree with. While I understand the argument for accountability, people on the Internet can be very petty, and I believe it is therefore in the best interests of Torn that our masked enforcers remain masked. We wouldn't want someone to go digging for a mod's real life information over an Internet grudge, after all. I know this isn't the reply you wanted to hear, but I hope you understand.
I hope you're recovering well from whatever placed you in the hospital. Torn is a rough place, and it is such by design. Some of our more violently inclined fellow citizens use chain hospitalization, whether outsourced via bounties or performed personally, to express displeasure. If you find yourself targeted for chain hospitalization, it may be prudent to ask yourself what motive your attackers might have. Are they angry at your posting in ways that downvotes don't fully convey? Did you send them a taunting series of PMs after cleaning them out at the poker table? Security through obscurity is the name of the game for citizens whose gym habits aren't great. Finally, when in doubt, take a vacation. Your assailants will probably get bored and find something more productive to do with their Energy. I hope this helps.
