If that is what you are talking about as far as breaking rules, then you don't understand the concept of the meanings or the game.
The staff can't do anything if there is nothing happening that is against Torn rules. You can't put people in fed for playing the game lol
The only time weapons really matter is if someone is very close to the same stats as you. Otherwise, If I was hosping you, I can just punch or kick you and you would die.
What would the benefits be for knowing the weapons/armour?
Like Shooby said, attacking is a huge part of the game. Maybe you should fly out of torn if you don't like being attacked so much. If you know who is attacking you, maybe ask them to stop? I'm sure you can figure out a way.
I had quit for awhile, then would log on once in a while. Now I am fully back and ready to start collecting more stuff LOL
I have a few different staff collectables in my displace case including my own. I will probably add more eventually.
