Well, I set out to do a bunch of things that took about 5 years each, about 5 years ago. I still don't have 10K busts, but I'll get it this year... Thats the realest achievement. Some especially painful merits that I got more recently:
Hunting 100 365 days in the air 100% exp on 25 weps 1k finishing hits in all categories 10k illicit using only disposals (ugh) 100k all 3 work stats.
And then I got some nice surprises this year: -won elims -hit the RNG merit (thx ched) -hit the slot machine jackpot (@ 108,000 spins) -got the stupid cluster ring
There are 20 merits left to get. Most of them require waiting.
Now I just gotta keep grinding busts, win the lottery, and figure out how to write a comic strip :)

A basic schedule to hit that 3 xanax per day, while using drug cooldown RNG to squeeze out some of the other drug merits, and some extra nerve from (the much improved 8-12 nerve) cannabis.
7am wake up. Take xanax #1.
1-3pm. Take xanax #2.
7-11pm. Drug CD ends from xanax #2.
Between 7pm and 11pm is your free window for other drugs. This window will be a random length between 0 to 4 hours. Based on the size of the window each day, you will pick the appropriate drug(s). I.e. drugs whose CD(s) fit in the window. Some days youll be unlucky and have a 0 window, it happens. The drugs above the line here you can fit into the bonus window sometimes, so youll slowly knock those 50x drug merits out as RNGeesus permits.
Once you have the merits done (or if u just dont care about merits), you can just grind this plan to generate up to 48 extra nerve per day (4 max cannabis). Highly RNG dependent each day, but it's free.
11pm. Take xanax #3. You can take it a little later if needed due to the RNG in the xanax cooldown, you can always even things out tomorrow if you get a full 8hr CD here. So technically you could extend the bonus window to 5 hours here, but you need to think about if youll still be awake to hit that 3rd xanax at midnight.
Notes: It's highly recommended you install Torn PDA on your cel and turn on drug CD push notifications. It makes this incredibly easy to pull off.
Problems. If you are OK waking up to take xanax in the middle of the night (like even randomly when you pee), this guide is not for you. I do not recommend waking up to take xanax because I've done the hardcore thing and it destroyed my sleep schedule looking at a bright screen at 3-4am. But I personally gotta get up at the same time everday, so the above schedule is optimal for me.
If you have a different but adequately predictable sleep schedule, just take 7am above and adjust it up or down to match your morning alarm.
For the drugs below the line: Vicodin you'll most likely take during serious wars anyhow. Speed and PCP fit if u get lucky but could cause you to miss xanax #3 which is a problem. I try to use those two during wars also, just until I take 50. LSD, that one is tough, you gotta trade some xanax loss for that merit.
On mobile especially, It's so painful to have to scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the easier busts over and over again after refreshing the browser. Usually the bust is taken before I can click on it.
Please let me reverse the default sort for shortest jail time to be at the top of the list.
And, Upon browser refresh, the sort setting should be maintained. So i can refresh to repeatedly see shorter busts at the top of the list.
