I have over 2.2m and still keep my passives going.

The more you have, the more responses you get from your waves, the more likely you are to get good targets as a result.

Also if you mean on your personal stats page - that only updates once per day (at the overnight game reset)

Your strength is not high enough to damage them - their effective defense is at least 14 times higher than your effective strength.

You need more strength (not being under effects of Xanax, taking Vicodin, using +str RW weapon, etc) or distraction.

Or just abandon it.
