As much as I am against scamming within games, Torn seems to have an ecosystem built on good and bad. Allowing criminals to get away with scamming means they can be publicly named and shamed and then their reputation is ruined.
I understand if you’ve put your faction in the hands of someone that’s worth several billion dollars and then get scammed it’s horrible, but instead of making faction scamming illegal, there should be a disclaimer in my opinion when transferring ownership that if you transfer it you are giving COMPLETE ownership to the new leader and they may choose to not give it back.
I agree wholeheartedly with Proxima, if you’re a racist or a nasty POS IRL you don’t deserve to have an easy life on torn. Deserves everything coming to ‘em
