When I started torn, I found it really funny the real estate and I was so happy to buy properties to live in ;=) But once I was able to afford a PI, I never used my old properties that was kind of useless because you dont even make nice money while loaning so I decided today to put it in rent at 1$ to help and welcome newbie ;)
Why renting this? Because the happiness will boost your gym train, also all properties have a large pool so you will have +2% at gym gains in addition to thr happiness bonus ;)
The rent will be 30 days, because after 30 days, you are supposed to be lv 15 and make money while flying so you can afford a PI. The rent is 1$ for 30 days and here are my properties : - Chalet, my first property after the shack, i was so happy when i get it, you will have fun here, full upgraded 725 happiness : rented - Villa full upgraded, almost brand new because I did not stay long here, 800 happiness : rented - Penthouse full upgraded 875 happiness : rented - Mansion , was feeling like a lord with domestic when living there, full upgraded 1000 happiness : rented - Ranch full upgraded 1200 happiness, I had lived here as a farmer, grow potatoes and make wine, I really prefer fresh air than the dirty air of torncity : rented - Palace, I was feeling as a rich luxuous guy like Bill Gates when i was living here lol , all upgrade except the interior and vault upgrade (quite expensive upgrade) 1250 happiness : rented

Outch, with no education and stock bloc you are going to learn the hard way how important they are lol. I dont know how hard and competitive is music store but be prepared to drop some stars.
The most important is to keep your actual employee even if dropping some stars. If you manage that you will be able to success at mid term.
I made my first company without the full education ( I had more than half done), and everytime one education was finished I have felt it quite much. Do the education that give % productivity in lasts, and business bachelor the last one (if you have already your rooms finished he does not matter).
All martingale finish all by the same way, that s why this strategy never works. Yes 17 streak loss has a small probability to happen but it WILL happen and will make you lose everything.
