it has been a long time since i bought an empty box here, but i cannot seem to find the item for sale[image: snag.gy]

I entered my info for two-factor authentication on Jul-27. Between that date and today, i have been required to check my email for a one time password on 31 different occasions, before logging on. I have never had a problem logging on, prior to registering for two-factor.

I have lived in same city during my torn life and I have only had 2 different ISPs. I do not think that being asked to verify my account that many times is normal.

within the last 30 minutes, i bought a DP from a bazaar and it has failed to show up in my inventory. a copy of the event from the seller is detailed below.

ok, understood and thank you. this issue is resolved.

i have not changed any settings in the last 10 years and i am not using private browsing. the only thing that may trigger authentication is that i frequently clear browser history. if this is the reason, do i have the option of opting out of the 2 factor authentication?

as i understand it, by not registering for 2 factor authentication, there will be no checks for verification but the account has a higher chance of being hacked.

Hello everyone,

I understand everyone is missing the Donation's (points and cash) by member number that showed beside each member's name in the faction's list.
We will reinstate this for all factions once we have decided where it would fit and look the best!
In the mean time please use the following link to see your faction members donations:

This is only a temporary measure but should at least give you the information you have been wanting without having to go through all of your donations!

It has been 15 months since the page disappeared. Even keeping the temporary page on a permanent basis would be like an update.

i checked items and it was not there. checked again, and 2 were there. checked a third time and none were there. finally figured it out ... clicking Items and 99% of items are immediately displayed. after 3-4 sec, the page was completely loaded, and the DPs showed up.

i found my answer on the general thread.

I remember several years ago when Torn crashed and got reset to some backup point. Member donation totals were all screwed up and basically, I reimbursed all members that felt they had been short-changed by the crash aftermath. In those days, members had millions deposited and now, they have billions deposited.

Using the Torn donation totals, all members could see their current cash balance. The only time I had to get involved was if I saw a member with a negative balance, meaning they withdrew more than they had donated.

It seems that the update eliminated this feature because it was deemed to be unnecessary. Our faction does make use of this feature as well as the total cash in faction, as it tells me how much extra cash is from OC or other sources. I used this extra cash for faction upgrades and gym memberships.

If the feature is not returned, then a one-time screenshot of the faction donations would go a long way in avoiding the disputes that happened before.
