If you are worried about that, then change all your API keys. That's the best thing you can do.

Your faction is currently in a Ranked War, so this is normal. The faction you are against is beating your people up to earn points to finish the war. Take a look at your faction chat for more info.

Hey everyone,
I know this is literally small potatoes as far as this game is concerned, but I hit 1b stats for the first time today. I'm 1 year and 8 months, I could've done it a lot faster if I knew everything I know now when I started, but it is what it is. Something something marathon not sprint.
I'd like to thank InGen, my starting faction with my IRL friends. Pretty much all of them quit by now, and I don't know why, but I stuck around. I like the weird mixture of throwback that Torn is, and it's been fun. That's enough, for now. Maybe one day I'll be farmed for exp on chains by other people like me or hiding out in some random overseas location.
I'm too poor for thread dividends, so I can only offer my thanks.

Faction perks often change for wars to focus on things to make them better in combat. Once the war is over, they will go back to training perks, which means your travel capacity will come back. Focus on the war, you likely can make much more money doing that compared to running plushies.
This game is nothing more than a handful of people with a “God complex” that make people do and say as they want, other wise you get fedded.
You do realize the irony of you saying this in a thread in which you made someone who tried to mug you do and say as you wanted?
I recommend doing it now. There's really little reason not to unless you're doing hacking in 1.0.

Why not?
Are they the same weapon? The items have a range that they can be, with the higher quality meaning they are on the higher end of the range, but a low tier weapon with high quality will still have overall worse stats than a high tier weapon at low quality. You can also have some weapons that are high quality but most of it got pumped into damage instead of accuracy, so you may see another weapon with higher quality but lower damage, yet higher accuracy.

If your faction uses YATA/Tornstat and requires them to be synced, then you do. Click on your profile, go to settings, then API keys. That's where you'll find them. You'll need to reput them into YATA/Tornstats, though.
