Doc's been many times a real savior. Especially when I had to wake him up every time in the middle of the night asking for stiches or to remove fragments of shotgun crap from my flesh.

There was a bit of delay until I got myself reviewed and finally accepted, but some things need to be done manually and my guess is that the club was stormed by requests recently.
The idea behind this is pretty simple: The more you contribute, the more you earn. There was an impressive work done to evaluate flowers and plushies based on their value, and how long it requires to actually get them to keep things fair. “Mini Games” help to keep things a bit more interesting, but it's an optional thing. There's also a discord channel with people always there willing to help when you don't understand something and give some hints maybe. If you are planning to invest into something long term, I definitely recommend that you join ASAP.
