I've spent some time on the forms and from what I can gather in the old crimes you did like 200 search for cash then some bootlegging ect, i have done 600 search for cash, 600 boot legging and 200 graffiti but my NNB remains at 30, What am i doing wrong?
I started leveling using baldrs list but I seem to have gotten stuck at level seven I've attacked around 30 targets but haven't leveled. Is this normal?
Where else can I go to get plushies and flowers that sell?
I've been in Japan for ages but nothing is restocked. What's happening?
