I can't find anywhere what improves the success chance. I am stuck at 58% forever, and I need to up it to 60% to increase the payout from faction. 

Has anyone worked out what stats / work stats / crimes it stacks with?

All my crimes, except arson, are at 100.

Following the guide to max out the job perks. It also lists using 1000 army points as an alternative way of training def. It does look old though, is it still viable?

I've got falcata, and the shield, but 50+ attacks got mitigated. Are there specific stat thresholds needed??

Does using energy in specialist gym contribute towards opening the next regular gym?

I too could achieve 150bil in a year.  With a small loan of 250bil!
