Zip ties for subduing.

ATM Key, Shaped charges, and drill for defeating a security measure.

Most of Torn is pro Ukraine, so I'm not sure who you're talking to OP. Have you considered posting in Chinese instead? I know for a fact that the the North Koreans with unrestricted internet access are too busy gooning to porn to play Torn, so I really recommend posting in Chinese.
