I have a question regarding the temperature of the beans.

As someone who is trained as a mental health first aider, firstly I would respectfully suggest that your best course of action would be to stop sharing your personal information on a game forum.  I understand you're probably trying to garner some empathy and support, but honestly, this is one of the worst ways you can do it.

I don't know where you are based IRL (nor do I want to know) but there are countless options better than a game forum to get the help, support and even companionship you need.

Try to compartmentalise your Torn character from your actual being. They are not - and never should be - one and the same.

By all means use Torn as a way to escape from your real life situation if you find it helpful, but don't blur the lines between game and reality. You don't need to share your personal information or struggles, try to use this as a safe space instead, whilst seeking genuine help and support in the real world.

And if you can't do that, maybe this isn't the game for you. Try to find a game that gives you the escapism without the ability to chat or interact with others, especially when they're likely to be negative to your mental wellbeing.

Be kind to yourself.

If I had a vacancy in my faction, you'd be more than welcome to join, but we're currently full.

Stay in touch if you need someone to chat to or you want more advice, but your priority definitely should be focussed on getting real life help.

The quicker you level up, the less random attacks you get. Get to level 15 ASAP and start travelling, you can't be attacked in the air and you make good money. Keep your money safe at all times.

My stats were less than 100k last year and my team, Breakfast Club couldn't have made me more welcome. I still managed 100 hits on people with less stats than me. As long as you're active there's no reason your team would kick you or ostracise you for not having 10's of millions of stats.

Sold the lottery voucher as self excluded and the book will be my 10th, so I get to escape battles during elims and pick up a merit at the end of the month.

I love Eliminations. Took part for the first time last year and learned a hell of a lot from The Breakfast Club. Amazing bunch of people. Really looking forward to it again this year.

I hope I'm on this guys team in Eliminations. He seems fucking nuts.
