I have been helped a good bit in my first few months of torn, I have learned a bit, made some friends, probably an enemy or two. I am not in a position to give a LOT but I do want to help out where I can. So, for Halloween.. up until the end of game time (TCT) on October 31st.. I will be giving anyone that has a play time of less than 3 weeks (21 days) a free Halloween weapon. Post down below and tell me what you plan to dress up for for Halloween. If you aren't dressing up or whatever, just tell me what you WOULD dress up as IF you were to go to a Halloween party, take the kids trick or treating, etc. 

PS: The Halloween weapons will give you a bonus if you plan to participate in the Halloween festivities, so make sure to equip them.

Hello everyone,

I have been helped quite a bit as a newb in this game and I want to be able to help other newer players. Bigger players can participate too but the gifts will most likely be underwhelming for them. I'm too poor to hand out Xannies for now. Lol. So in that spirit, and in honor of diabetes day.. I will be giving out some of the lower level candies throughout the diabetes day event.

The premise is simple.. Post a joke. Receive some candy.

I will pick a few of the best jokes and send the players a handful of lollipops 🍭 or bags of chocolate kisses. 🍫😘 If the joke is exceptionally good maybe I will send some higher value candies. Runner ups will receive single low value candies for participating.

This is my 2nd giveaway so bear with me, I will get around to sending the candies. 

I will start us off. 

-Kathy's New Job
After a long stint in prison, Kathy managed to secure herself a job at a candy shop

She arrived on the first day wearing a proper yet practical dress. However, her first day was set to be retrieving candy at the front register

The first customer came, looked at the candy, and asked for liquorice. This was on the top shelf, so Kathy had to climb up and down the ladder to get it

The second customer came, checked the candy shelf, and asked for peppermint. These were also on the top shelf, so Kathy had to climb up and down the ladder again

The following customers all also wanted the top-shelf candy, forcing Kathy to spend all day going up and down the ladder

At the end of the day Kathy went to the owner, George, to ask a question: "Hey so, may I ask, why is all the popular candy on the top shelf?"

George looked her up and down. "I, uh, don't think it's the candy. They, uh, might have wanted to see your undergarments"

"Huh.. Well joke's on them: I don't even wear panties!"

I have recently become fairly busy IRL and as such I am unable to be as active as I used to be. I am not quitting. I will still log on daily. But I am looking for a chill faction that has high steadfast bonus and isn't warring every week.. TCDS is a legit giveaway/racing/mini game for rewards/ play bots on the server.... Discord server.

I have been a member pretty much since I started playing torn. They have a system for most giveaways so people actually have to participate a little bit to be able to win. Which roots out bot accounts and other filler joins. I would recommend joining if you haven't yet! The caretakers of this server do a lot of hard work to keep it up and running, and interesting.

Shout-out to Skarr too for running the trivia games recently. They need a little bit of work, but they are going to be excellent when all the bugs are figured out. Then you have the TCDS races. They have a unique reverse race that gives people with low racing skills a chance to win prizes too. Last place = first prize, and so on.

I have won quite a few Giveaways on this discord. And have tried to help newer players figure out how to get their message count for some of the bigger giveaways (ex. 500 messages in a month for a PI giveaway). There are also 2 special giveaways running atm for dumbbells. Definitely worth checking out. Don't sleep on this server.
