So here I am, an enterprising young torn citizen, looking through the bounties to get some merits and some cash. Imagine my surprise when I see a 66 million dollar bounty, unclaimed. And *GASP* I have the stats to murder them. One problem, they are in Japan.
Oh well, I could use a good flight. So I pack my bags and settle in, just knowing that the bounty will be claimed before I arrive.
I check in 20 minutes before landing, and to my great surprise, no one has snapped up the 66 million yet. I'm starting to feel like the luckiest guy in torn, we'll except for you people winning slots, or finding stat enhancers in the city, or... ya know what, whatever still pretty lucky.
Only to find out that I could never claim that bounty. Neither can you, probably. Unless she comes out of hiding or becomes a mission target we all just have to sit there and look at that 66 m dissappear into the ether. Kinda like when Leslie makes me think Im getting a PI.

I got really sad when I lost 15 million on a bookie bet that was 'safe' early in my torn life. I'm very glad I learned my lesson for only 15 million torn dollars and not tons more.
