I realize that most restaurants will comp the meal or re-fire the dish. I have sent food back for most excuses such as "bug", "hair", or even "too bland". It's rare, but when it happens, I'm the first one to say something. I've historically sent the food back, until today...
Today was different. I got my plate of *food*. I took a bite. It was hot, flavorful, spicy and caused an emotional reaction! So delicious!!! My eyes rolled back in my head as my commensal asked "That good, huh?" while rolling their eyes, expressing a different emotion.
I masticated as I mulled the next may-be morsel for my molars when I saw it... A beetle!!! Possibly just the chitin shell. It looked like it spent just as much time in the fryer as my food. Whatever the case, my reasoning was sound: I wasn't instantly grossed out, the "bug insides" dissolved into the fryer oil, and I wanted to eat this food RIGHT NOW. I continued to eat my *salt and pepper fish*
I would like to know if anyone else ever (or would ever) "ignored something gross" in the overall pursuit of culinary delight? If you have never done it, and couldn't picture yourself doing it, what's the grossest thing you have found in your food? Or, what's the grossest thing you can imagine?
@Delimondo I had a similar conflict with Retro and Soundtrack simply because I couldn't remember if I loved the game, or if I just loved the music. I really only loved THPS because of the music, I didn't like the game much, despite the hours I put in to listening to the soundtrack. I applaud you picking a game with original music, compared me my cop-out of a game using pre-existing songs.
@Annie I feel you on Deadspace 2! I really thought we were going to get all of them!
I remember living in a dorm room, playing World of Warcraft, when The Guild showed up on my xbox 360. I didn't have a regular TV setup and streaming wasn't a thing yet, so downloading episodes on my Xbox was New and Exciting! I watched all the way up to the end of Season 5 this way. I stopped when I found out I was having a baby (which coincided with the end of Season 5). I noticed the actors popping up in my favorite TV shows over the years, but nothing really sparked my interest in rewatching the series...
After hearing the news that the movie could be happening, I'm rewatching the series with my little one (now a teenager)! I can't wait to help fund this!

What is your favorite "It happens a lot and I love it every time!" moments in cinema? I'll give you each 2 votes.
My primary vote: Katanas in the Rain! The scene isn't the only thing that's wet.
My second vote: Long speech cut short by their quick death! STFU already.

I searched for every Show and Movie since 1994 and I noticed there were only 4 years that our Friendly, Neighborhood Wall-Crawler didn't have a TV Show/Movie!
2005 & 2006: These years fell entirely in the gap between the release of the theatrical films Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007), when no TV shows were airing.
2010 & 2011: These years took place after The Spectacular Spider-Man animated series concluded in 2009, but before the web-linger was revived in 2012 with both The Amazing Spider-Man movie and the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series.
In all honesty, we have had more years with watchable Spider-Man content, than not, since 1967! Boring thing to research for a simple statistic, but I figured I'd post my findings.
Across all viewable media, which three are your favorites and what are your favorite scenes?

I'm assuming you already finished the tutorial!! If so, start work in the Education Career, invest a little money in the 1-week interval, and start an education course. After all of that, search the forums to see if you can join a Faction.
1) Starting an education course (requires some reading), but I found that the best starts are typically Biology (go for intravenous therapy) or Sports Science (go for bachelor's).
2) Spend any and all your ENERGY (green bar) at the gym on either strength or speed. Sitting at full energy for more than 9m:59s is a waste of energy. Ignore Defense and Dexterity until you can choose one over the other (and the gym/factions can help boost).
3) Spend NERVE (orange bar) on Search for Cash > Search the Trash. Do this until you read all of "Search for Cash Crime 2.0" and proceed with it's tips. At Level 100 Search for Cash, proceed onto the next crime and it's relative guide.
4) If you earn ANY merits, invest them into Education until it reaches level 10. Follow that with Bank Interest, and finally Employee Efficiency (Homework: "Buying Trains", "Fast tracking city jobs", "Company Benefits and Min. Requirements")
5) Spend $5 on a donator pack and sell it, you can easily gain 6/7 merits by holding onto that "Net-worth". Alternatively, you can sell 825 Energy (not recommended) as "buying losses" and earn the same $, but you lose out on stats! ONLY do this as a new player, or someone who doesn't care if they consistently lose battles.
I declare entrance!
Since I'm getting Forza Horizon 6 in a few days, the fact that Trolli Worms offers free in-game content with purchase helped me choose my snack this evening
You can go to the Hall of Fame > Levels > Top 20. There, you can look at "age" as you scroll through all the Level 100s. It won't show you the age they reached 100, but you can see how "young" some of them are to get a better idea. I've seen anywhere from 3-5 years on average.
If I understand you correctly, you can use this along with the Points Market to help build your own price-list.
