• A second category, Historic, will take into account any past debt, or current debt so long as it was longer than 30 days to reach 0 NW again. For this category you may only nominate yourself. 
• No one may be nominated who has not been online within the 3 days prior to Oct,4th.
• *The Story behind the debt shall be taken into account. State owned debts, sorry Hank we all still you, will not be accepted. Exploit debts, different from the prior class, are also void and we reserve the right to consider the story for runner up if not first place. 
• - By Extension of the prior rule, you must know the story behind the debt even if it is embellished. These rules are to make it fun.

Prizes:
The winner of the First category shall be known henceforth as the Duke of Debt. Plus, 20m.
The winner of the second category shall be referred to as the Baron of Bankruptcy. Plus, 10m.

Personally, I think we need more Tiers. The difference between Silver and gold is not that much. The difference between Plat and Gold is pretty big. From plat to Diamond is extreme.
Factions stuck on that Promotion demotion border get some absolutely DOGSHIT matchups. If they go lower, they get even worse (They turn into one-sided boring stomps). When they win the next ones almost guaranteed to be a stomping. It basically forces you to make deals or waste your members E. I think more Tiers outside of just more Numerals would be healthy for the RW system. 

I like my collection, fun getting so many different types. I keep mine in the display case.

You can get actives. It’s just actives tend not to owe duke as much money  (though I am now thinking “What if they became active after I was given the mission but before I accepted it.”)

I ran out of crimes to do before it :( I am saving arson as a treat for after this hellish grind.

I mean I definitely feel like I'd rather crawl a mile through broken glass naked to shower in Molten salt than do Scamming, but I wouldn't go so far as to start name calling/insulting people (beyond joking in FC that They need fired ironically). That's just silly.

We just need to get Emergency Room to abandon all allegiance join us for some reason and add the V tag and make it CrYOVEr. But alas Only in a perfect world.

Time for yet another long period of nothing actually happening because it never does anyway.  

I think it also accounts for Time Since Release of a company, Number of companies, Age, Avg DAILY inc over a 1 week period, Avg monthly Income, avg Effectiveness, and Customer loyalty. 

I was using Books Heavily. I think I had 2 people at one time on Brown Nosing book. I paid 7m per day extra for using one. 
I was making more money daily with 14 people (Even more at 16) than about 4 10's with maxed employees, and every 9* with lower daily volume than me. 
during one of the weeks, I was semi-inactive and forgot to switch Sales back to Miners and ended up with a massive 100m Drop in my weekly income yet still got the star. My best Salt miner as 138 Effectiveness. Using the BNTB book he was 188 and his daily salt yield increased from ~$13m -> ~$22m daily
even an employee who was sub 100 When using the book showed massive boosts to their numbers. I actually think a lot of people refused to do anything but just trying to maximize the number of miners they have (who can double as sales), because finely tailoring your comp to specific roles to extract value is both significantly harder and whenever someone leaves you have to either find a near identical replacement, settle for less, or redevelop the position plan entirely if you can't fill that spot. 
I was at a point were moving my Foreman to Miner me Multiple miners' worth of salt. MY engineers had a similar effect and my Site Manager I think was Ilmatar or Someone something Eagle I'm so sorry I can't remember it's been 5 years I'm not good with names. But I was paying them 5m daily and they had like 145 Efficiency. 
then the new owner fired all the good employee's (who were all active, rehabbed, had merits, and would attack people for comp hacking us XD straight loyalty) to turn it into yet another Minimum pay Minimum stats pit. To maximize profits, profits on a comp with a Roi of 1.5 years if we consider it's non book average and closer to a year with its book average (imagine 8.9-14b a year in profit not being good enough Shit is crazy to me I only sold to gamble because of depression and not wanting to fill the last Slot that had a bit of churn to it, these guys sell their soul for single digit %'s.)

Edit: To clarify While I hit 9 quickly I also never managed to get it to 10. I thought it had been a couple weeks at 9 but When I go back and check my NW in companies' graph, I can see where I Sold better. So, I milked the Profit for a decent amount of time, to bad all of it went to the casino and stupid shit. I actually think TIME was the only reason I Wasn't at 10*. We had more customers, more volume, more money. But less comp age. 
My old post from dec of the year it was founded showed it at 7*'s (I had a full comp until I upgraded the employee size at 8*) So didn't need to update it and had switched to headhunters since I only ever needed one replacement at a time. That's 8 weeks after the start date (with the start date being the 17th of oct which I believe was a Saturday so the next day I had a whopping 2 employee's and no star up. 
I miss being a comp owner, but I have a long way back up. 

If you are interested my Weekly income was 530m with 14 employees'. Can't remember at 16emps I was checked out mentally at that point. 

This is brilliant. Personally, When I had my Salt mine I started it from scratch. used 14 employees for 9 weeks and 16 for 3 Started it on a Saturday so missed out on the first star opportunity. I ended up reaching 9*'s the 12th week and sold it to fuel a cache gambling addiction a little after RW came out. You live and you learn eh. 
I used a lot of Employee Simulations to determine how to extract every single drop of efficiency. Paying an average of 3m with the highest wage being 5m (in 2020) I was making 21-30m Daily in profit after counting the logistics boosts and Advertising. 
I'd recommend this guide to anyone interested in owning a comp though. While my experience was contrary to some points, Mining comps themselves hadn't been in the game for that long when I started mine, I think there were 3 pages with 2 and a half being active.

Not really. That was only pre-CE Loss Change. You probably wouldn't gain nerve, but you could easily maintain it. My best Success streak was 75 in a row. worst loss streak was 3. Probably got a little less than 1 fail per 10 Hacks. But it was hovering pretty close. I averaged around 350k Per hack so Realistically I think there is like one crime with a similar payout. The Refill is ALREADY worth it for the CE. If you choose the best paying Crimes/Categories only you can probably make about half your Refill cost back.
