I don’t see how admitting I have problems and seeking help from others makes me egotistical? Seems like you’re the one being egotistical, really.

as I see it, you’ve got a few options.

or you could change “homeless” to “panhandlers” or some version of people out searching for cash, and loop crimes back in on themselves, write some unique crime results to imply that you got pickpocketed by while searching for cash/you pickpocketed actual citizens while on your crime spree and they’ll surely make a mean forum post calling for your head soon

this fix seems to have cause a slight hick up with how the slots are displayed on mobile? Specifically, I’m using an iPhone 15 and the Chrome app
It looks like the height of the pay table is larger than the active slots display, but the margins don’t account for the difference, so all the text below it seems placed too high

I recommend skipping straight to deleting System32
only if it's 3:1 exchange rate and the egg you get in return is random, including the possibility that you'll just get another one of the eggs you just traded in

you've only explored the tip of the iceberg. start building your empire. the best place to start, as some have mentioned, is reading some guides, socializing and getting involved in a faction, get a feel for trading and build a fortune, explore some lesser features and earn some awards. there's all kinds of stuff to do if you've got the time.
That sounds awful. Haha. I’m currently focusing on busts, running arsons when I need to burn nerve for whatever reason. Maybe if arson finds it’s way to 25k, I’ll switch to something else, but the odds of me going for 25k drug crime at this point are slim to none.
I fell into a kind of lucky slot? I had a 45nnb when that was as high as nerve bars went, but the meter was so vague on what was a good and a bad 45 that we couldn’t do PA’s. So I said screw it and went for drug crimes around the time the new nerve bars were introduced. I think I went from 50 to 35. But after that, got most of it back just from computer crimes. If anyone is thinking about getting all crime merits, drug crimes are actually pretty good for solidifying a 35. You’ll be stuck there for a while, but then you never have to stare at that locked merit again. Personally, I think the worst crime was just stealing jackets because it’s so long and tedious, while having little to no payout. Drugs were interesting cause of the fails, computers because of the blues, GTA and fraud because they actually gave you some money.

And anyone interested in an update, busts are also pretty annoying, considering I have this huge nerve bar, but can’t ever seem to use it all. I don’t think I’ve bought a refill in a couple days, which just seems like a waste with this 100 nerve bar.

I finally committed my 25,000th theft, giving me the last merit I was missing for crimes. That just leaves busts, and then I won’t know what to do with my nerve. It’s been a long, tedious road, but here’s to hoping that crimes 2.0 are out by the time I’m done.
Just throwing shit at the wall here: what if resetting was staggered? We could lower the reset time, but you could only reset one perk tree at a time? So that resetting one or two perks on short notice would be reasonable, but resetting your whole stack would take too long. That way you strategically plot your first perk or two to be unchanged, just in case, but you could still easily swap a couple between warring and training depending on what the situation calls for?

It’s more of a community event than a site wide event, right? That seems like a good baseline for what should/shouldn’t be marked on the calendar. If it changes a game mechanic, mark it. If it’s just a day that Duke generally gets up to some mischief in the forums, leave it a surprise.

Are there any trade functionality restrictions on new players? I know a lot of games won’t let you trade a certain percentage of networth in a time period, which sounds annoyingly restrictive to people intending to do so, but I’d like to imagine there’s a happy medium? I never get this stigma. The g spot is easy. The c spot? Now that’s the real challenge. Also, congratulations on the vagina or whatever.
I wonder if maybe part of the reason people feel it should be a perk is because it’s the result of one education course? If there were multiple requirements, then it wouldn’t fit the way other perks work, so it’s exclusion wouldn’t seem strange?
