Logarithmic determinants means that it doesn't matter that much what your stats look like beyond a cap.
Farms, especially, aren't making the cash you're seeking -- nearly a half of all profits for a company which has fairly low caps. The fact that you think you have the privilege to negotiate rehab schedules when you're asking for $10m/day is asinine. At base, companies need to be generally profitable enough to pay you for any length of time.
