Why are battle stats in the "HOME" page and in the "Use Merits" page not in the same order?

I just used 30+ Boxes of Medical Supplies and I didn't receive the meds I was supposed to. Sorry for not having a screenshot. Was not expecting that!

Sorry for not having any screenshots for this unexpected issue.
Until yesterday I had 44 nerve ( 35 NNB + 9 merits on nerve)
Today I noticed that my nerve bar is 43 and 8 merits on nerve but I didn't reset my merits and I am not in a faction either.
I'm on windows desktop with chrome.
I received a large amount of money from a Divident from a stock whille I was abroad and got mugged a good portion of it.
Since I am abroad how did I receive this money on hand? Should have gone to a bank check waiting thing (cant remember the term used) just like bookie wins.
Check my events for proof.

I live in my P.I. and there is no way to hire any staff. I used to have staff a couple of years ago but due to inactivity I fired them. Today I wanted to re-hire and there is no link to it.
