I will be starting a raffle very different from the one I ended just a week or so ago. This one will only be open to players of a minimum 14 days old to enter, and a maximum of 100 days when the raffle concludes, will have a much smaller ticket price, and will have THOUSANDS of items for the winner... Each ticket will cost $50,000 ($50k), and there will be no limit to the number of tickets purchased. Tickets will be tracked on here and on an off-game spreadsheet as a duplicate.
Prizes: Prizes include items such as a FULL Combat Armor Set, drugs, medical items, plushies, flowers, crime enhancers, etc... Some items are specifically included to INSTANTLY provide the winner with merits upon use (Toilet Paper for an enemy and 5,001 bricks to dump). All of these items, in one way or another, will help you in game. The full value of the prizes is in excess of $50m.

I began outlining this, but as some of you know, I have many chronic health problems that often limit my time to focus on the game or anything related to it, so I have not finished. With this, I look to you, my fellow players, to help expand upon my idea.
Before we even get to the basic outline, I want to answer a few things: + Yes, this will 'make the strong stronger'. By the time you are able to access this classes, you will more than likely not be an incredibly weak and poor player. + Yes, this will require a large amount of money. This will help remove money from circulation and may aid in improving the economy of Torn. + No, there is no way to speed this up or speed up getting to the point in which you can access these classes, other than what is currently available (Stocks, etc..)
Duke’s Underground Kinda Education(D.U.K.E.) + Each class type costs $100,000,000 to unlock + Individual classes cost $5,000,000 to enroll + Each degree costs $20,000,000 to complete + Stock blocks do NOT apply to D.U.K.E. classes + Requires that ALL other education courses be completed + Once a class type is unlocked, it is permanently unlocked + OD will cause you to be kicked from the class, must pay $5,000,000 to restart (Event: You overdosed during Dukes lecture and he had your classmates dump your body in an alley. Luckily someone found you and rushed you to the hospital.)
