You could have saved the cringe and gone out with a little more style.
GD has 3k buffer and 10 or so hours with 300 less members. I’d assume they’re likely also stacking and planning to merc offliners so bleed is minimal when the eventual 1 on 1 begins if it hasn’t already started to as HV nears death. Regardless they have outperformed and that’s impressive so kudos to Twat, I don’t think they’ve led before i’ve not heard of them. Lining up for an epic 1 on 1, altho comp always gets very sticky at this stage with potential for HV to choose one of the 2 and try bring them down with them, merc interference etc.
As for Apex, once I saw my boy LDP and Maks were there even before the end of day 1 I had Apex as my likely winners. A lot of the leads this year were inexperienced, for example anyone with any experience would 1) never trust Andrew after last year 2) Never ally Nightwing knowing his only ambition in life is to see MeanMike removed from the comp. LDP and Maks know from last year what it takes to operate a high level team and navigate the alliances, without the target on their head with Stretch as we had last year, no shock they’re entering the final stretch now. I hope they do it
