You can use temps, as long as it doesn't cause damage. I routinely do that for missions where a specific weapon needs to be used.

honestly I just copy and paste the mission description into a mail to the target, works every time
What is the mission? Plenty of inactive players. Go to https://www.torn.com/halloffame.php and look at people with no facs. Then select any >1k days inactive. They won't come back

When duke is looted, participate in it. It'll count of duke goes down (which he always does if enough people are involved)

Thanks...I came here to ask the same question, as I just defeated and interrogated him for the 5th time and was beginning to think there must be some other trick to the matter.

Heya, NPC attacks including on Duke happen multiple times per day.
Check the YATA website for when and Hemi's looting guide for more info.
You join a few minutes before level 4, if you have the attack page open you'll see when people start joining: usually around 3 or 4 minutes before. It can get full fast so jump in when you see some starting to join. Then when everyone throws smokes etc throw one as well and wait out the attack as you need to be alive to complete the mission.

Read the post above yours, look at the YATA site linked there, it shows when the next attacks are. Join a few minutes before it reaches loot level 4. Just throw a smoke grenade when everyone else does and then wait till the attack is over and the mission will be complete.

In Duke's Mission - Withdrawal
Its down to luck, yeah. You can do multiple hits on the target to get it done, it doesn't require you to hit both arms in a single attack.
The best strategy is to use a high accuracy/low damage weapon, so that you need more shots to kill the opponent. More attacks per hit = more chances of hitting the arm.

In Special ammo

Well, now you know at least one mission which is going to be easier for you in the future :D Sadly, it is a one time mission that you get when you are ready to move up the difficulty level. All the four missions I have shown in the screenshot above are for when you have gathered enough rating with Duke to move up the difficulty level.
Ugh, you made me go back and check Chedburn's assessment sheet which he posted to get a feedback. 150 is base, so 300 is correct.

Yep, it is something that unlocks the next stage of missions, it is supposed to be difficult and more rewarding, obviously this mission will be easier for level holders ;) If I remember correct, the mission to unlock Expert level (Beat up Duke as a solo or group attack) also gives you some ridiculous amount of credits like 300, needless to say the mission is super easy since there is a scheduled group attack on Duke every few hours.
Sounds right, you can beat up any Level 51 or higher target of your choice to complete the mission and unlock the next difficulty level. I think beating up Duke is required to unlock Expert level missions (this can be easily done by participating in one of the NPC attacks).
