What TornLife has verified
- Perks from Crime 1.0 and Crime 2.0 do not stack. Enhancers from each system are active only in that system. This is the only stacking statement in these sources, and it does not address multiple copies of one item. (documented; Perks › Personal Perks › Enhancers (2/2), )
- In Crimes 2.0, Duct Tape is the Crime Enhancer for Card Skimming. The Perks page says it improves Card Skimming crime exp and skill gains by 5%. It is not a tool that boosts success chance. (documented; Perks › Personal Perks › Enhancers (2/2), )
- Each Crimes 2.0 crime has its own enhancer giving +5% CE and CS. Listed examples include Cut-Throat Razor (Pickpocketing), Flashlight (Burglary), Glasses (Search for Cash) and Latex Gloves (Disposal). The perks list shows a maximum of 13 crime 2.0 enhancer perks. - The Crowbar is a Melee Clubbing weapon (damage 20-25, accuracy 52-57), not a crime enhancer. It is sold at Big Al's Gun Shop and dropped by several crimes. (documented; Crowbar, )
- Duct Tape was the Bombing enhancer under the old system, in the Fraud crimes list (Bombings need a Stick of Dynamite, 17 Nerve).
