Do crime booster items stack if several are used at once?

The Crowbar is a Melee weapon, not a crime enhancer, so there is nothing to stack between it and Duct Tape. Duct Tape is the Crimes 2.0 enhancer for Card Skimming, giving +5% crime experience (CE) and skill (CS) gains while held in inventory^[1][2]. No source says extra copies of one enhancer add more.
