- On overdose, the wiki says Xanax removes 100% of Energy, Nerve and Happy, sends the player to hospital for 5000 minutes, and increases the cooldown to 24-25 hours with more addiction points. (documented; Xanax › Effect, )

- Staff said in 2016 that you can take drugs and overdose while in hospital, at the same overdose rate as outside. - The wiki (2025-10 capture) says every drug except Opium and Love Juice has a small overdose chance.
