yes it's charged daily if anyone is listed as living there
the system doesn't care who pays it, but it's charged daily
overtime, if the upkeep is not paid, it will decrease happiness.... that would affect training gains for anyone living in the property and still actively playing
so if i and my spouse offline for a long time its still charged everyday?
Yes, upkeep is charged daily as long as someone lives in a property.
