If I pay all my fees to duke will he leave me alone then? Very hard to catch up after being offline for long. He keeps putting my fee's higher wont leave me out of the hospital long enough to pay him back

If you give him a really good sob story, he might reduce your debt. It has to be really really good because he takes pity on no one.
If the sob story doesn't work, you could try threats and see where that gets you.
But if it was me, I'd sell some stuff (probably via a trade) to pay the outstanding fees, and then I'd fly a lot for flowers/plushies and such to make money and get the full debt paid off. Constantly having a loan to Duke just means constantly paying extra interest payments for nothing.
It's like keeping thousands of dollars worth of debt on your credit card, all the time. You end up spending a lot of money for nothing. Better to be debt free.
