Is there any way to track employee activity besides the stars and last logged in ?

if you open up the People chat box that shows Recent, Friends, Company, Faction, Blocked..... Click on the company tab - scroll to the bottom - the bottom is the people whose last login was the longest time ago, they … - JussiJernkuuk [1874922]

Yeah, you can look at their personal stats. Time played and logins could be of interest.

Fill the secretary job position so you see what each employee makes each day
if you open up the People chat box that shows Recent, Friends, Company, Faction, Blocked.....
Click on the company tab - scroll to the bottom - the bottom is the people whose last login was the longest time ago, they are listed in order of last login

Get a secretary to see how much each employee makes your company. Reward accordingly :)
Im not 100% sure what that is exactly based on(the amount employees make) and dont really want to deter younger players
Also dont want to remove a sales person to reception lol
