List of Buymuggers, Trade Muggers & Scammers
Put them all in your blacklist, to stay safe!

Update: The list I was making based on people's reports. My verify method was Total Mug & Largest Mug & Total Enemy counts. Some old friends (who are playing this game for more than 10 years) says, it's not a legit way to confirm. So, I moved the list to my private google docs and I'll take some time to fully confirm those 100s of people's names I got from different sources. Until then, not gonna put anyone here. I wanted to make a legit list of Buymuggers, not want to harm innocent players.

But, it seems almost impossible to confirm who is buymugger, who is not. Anyway, no more updates will come here.

The outcome of this post:
I learned many things about this game after this. Got some good friends too. Tons of msg and praise for this BOLD STEP. Sorry to all you guys for taking down the list. If there were a way to be 100% sure of the list, I wouldn't delete it.
Also, got some unnecessary enemies. In my profile, 30+ enemies, 120+ bounty (even after taking down the list, some people keep adding bounty) and some threat emails.

is mugging someone 10 minutes after you buy from them still considered a buymug?

I was in the sky and he used DocTron to track me and mugged as soon I landed. I wasn't online and I purchased stock just 5 sec before he mugged me. It was close and it was intentional. Also, look at his mug stats (Money mugged: $8,042,187,065)

makes sense, i withdraw my skepticism.

Just bounty or retal but don't do target sharing like this. Only scammer, cheater, and abusive players who deserve that imho

I know after you get mugged, even if very little $, in your early stages of gameplay here, it can be very emotional, and you get certain negative feelings toward the player buy mugging you, emotions and feelings that can lead to thinking it a good idea to create a thread like this that maintains a list.... but it just doesn’t work

I swear we get at least 4 of these threads every week.

- What if the person who mugged you is stealthed?

- Sometimes muggers get lucky and are not the person who bought from you before mugging.

Based on the above, how accurate will your Buy Mugger list be?

Just note that the player mugging you isn't always the player who bought the goods off of you.

If your last action was +5 minutes ago and you are not in hosp/traveling and I happen to notice a few FHCs magically disappeared from your bazaar, I'm going to mug you.
