Had delayed torn app notifications for couple months I'd say now.
Can range from couple mins to just now which was 8mins late.

Having the same issue, no push notifications. I Uninstaller and reinstalled and it worked again for a day or two but has stopped working again. Clearing cache and logging out do not resolve. Push notifications are enabled in the phone settings and the app.

Currently we are working on resolving this issue.
Which app version did you have before? 1.0.4 or 0.3.10?
Sorry, I don't know how to check since I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times now. It auto updated from the play store. Google Pixel 4a (5G) if that helps any. All my apps auto update when put on the charger every night.
I would assume 1.0.4, but I must note that I cannot confirm this unless there is a log that stays on the device even when uninstalled/reinstalled.

Can confirm I have the same problem. I keep my app updated when a new release is out.

Seems to be working again
I just got a notification too. Will update if it stops again. I did nothing to change it. App version 1.0.7

Updated beta fixes the problem for me, v 1.0.8 (Android 10)
Please update app to 1.0.8 version.

Indeed, while on 1.0.7 it didn't work, updating to 1.0.8 solved it.

Notifications stop happening. There will be push notifications for a day or two if I uninstall and reinstall the app, but then they stop completely. Clearing the cache does nothing. Logging in again does nothing. Turning the settings off and on again does nothing.
Scroll up a bit, they tell you to update to 1.0.8 as the issue is fixed
1.0.8 now. Seems to start pushing notifications again!
