This is literally what everyone said would happen after you guys already had a “board member” fedded for RMT and we all told you that it’s a bad idea and to not use someone who has passed sway’s name in the title.

Maybe if a 1b fund needs a large board of directors that’s been functioning like a revolving door, fraught with scams, it might be time to actually close it down.

The Foundation is not up and running, and wont be again. I really hope that GenShinigami will do whats right towards the donators and the grants. Hopefully we can give out the funds towards the old grants, and give back the donations to the donators who wants their donations back. I dont care if it backfires at me.

It was literally mentioned so many times that Lady_Roisin did not want her name used in such a way due to her final wishes. How f***ing hard is it to take the name out and call yourselves a New Player Beginnings Foundation or something along those lines? Honestly, who even cares about your name, you're just a group focused on helping new players. Your name isn't what's important, it's your objective.

The Torn Community gave y'all so many suggestions on how to help out with the current up-and-running new player "foundations" like Kelsie's Newbie Starter Pack Giveaway, that honestly you didn't even need a foundation, just join forces with all the players who have things set up to help out new players.

As others have called out, this was something the Torn community warned y'all would happen. The worst of it all is that a deceased player's name has been dragged into this mess against their final wishes. Shame on you all.

Although it's a shame that money meant to go towards helping new players has been scammed, this all could have been prevented.

It may not have been your goal but the truth is you made her death about you. You're not her family, you aren't someone she's known for her whole life. You have no right to create a foundation using her name ESPECIALLY if she stated she did not want that.

In my forty-two years of being alive, I'm quite certain that I have never heard such silly use of the generally important terms "memorial", "foundation", "board member(s)", etc.
