Or just use the trading post, you know... the part of forum, which is meant for trading?
You’re going to end up with a lot of weird crap but a lot of that crap will end up being useful. I suggest finding a good trader to help you figure out what to sell and what to keep. My favorite trader is Unique
i also suggest you find a faction. You will make friends and have an infrastructure to help you learn the game.
