I think you are conflating Lincoln and Jefferson, Lincoln never owned slaves while Jefferson was a slave owning child rapist. Jefferson had some qualms about slavery as far as his writing goes, but it never stopped him from raping Sally Hemmings.
It's true that Lincoln married into the slave-owning Todd family, but I'm not aware of any evidence (besides some neoconfederate garbage) that there were interactions there.
