I've been playing browser based games for a long time, and I couldn't find something that exceeds TORN's level of immersion, design, and community factor. Maybe there are a couple of gems that can get close to TORN standard.

Well, if some people take Torn seriously...it's their boat. All of us are addicted to something. Hobbies, social media, games, - the list is virtually endless.
I'd say Torn is a way of life. No matter how busy I get, I still find time for Torn. It's like "a part of me." When real life gets too stressful, I retreat to Torn and imagine myself being cradled by plushies and flowers. haha

Anyway, in Food Fantasy, the characters are food. Like MILK....MILK is a healer.

I've played nationstates once but I was inactive. Cool political simulation indeed. I like the fact that you're in control of how you manage your country. Might play it again! :)
