If a player who has added me to their enemies list goes inactive, after a certain period it should deduct them from my total enemies on my profile.
This means paying new players to add someone to their enemies list for 10k will be a lot less effective because if they quit their enemy list wont be relevant forever. (and if they keep playing they will probably remove their target from the list anyway).
It will also mean that the number of enemies you have refers to the number of active enemies which is more useful information.
It also means that if you want to you can work towards ridding yourselves of all enemies and won't be left with a bunch of inactives keeping your enemy count up
If the player becomes active again then his enemy list becomes relevant again.
Are there any disadvantages to this?
Edit for clarification : This would not delete your enemy lists if you were to go inactive, simply stop counting inactive players on your enemy count.
So something that has always bothered me in Torn is that we have a bunch of cool options for clothing but armour pretty much blocks every single type of clothing other than coats, and moto helmet blocks hairstyles, hats masks etc

My suggestion is to have a toggle that hides armour items (default set to armour: OFF) so that in an attack you get to appreciate the fashion sense of your opponent.
The toggle would be found on the attack page somewhere so you can switch between the view modes in a fight if you wanted.
You could also have the character model with clothing set visible before initiating an attack (as clothing doesn't give away armour setup)
The reason for this is that clothing could be a much bigger part of the game if they were actually visible. I never really bothered with it because I knew that the armour would just block the view anyway. I imagine a lot of people are the same. Plus seeing your opponents armour is almost no help at all.
As an additional point:

Clothing helmets shouldn't interfere with armour items i.e I should be able to have the Mountie hat and motorcycle helmet on at the same time. With only one being visible obviously. (Mountie in clothing mode - Moto in armour mode)
edit: removed a second part of the suggestion about skin colour
Please bump if you agree for a free karma! Thank you!
Increasing it to 1000 per ticket would increase the prize to 30-40m (going with current participation numbers) which is not insignificant especially to newbies, that's a month of subscriber, or 30+ Xanax, Or a full set of combat armour. It actually feels like winning something.
Please bump for 1 free karma :)
Before Impulse sent him home in tears
But at least he had 86 joins
So someone throw him a coin
Your wallet's looking pretty light, dear.

I invested with AtomicGarou on one of his previous projects and got the promised RoI and when I requested the money back it was returned with no issues. (Past performance is no guarantee of future results of course)
How many people joined?
There is a thread for buying / selling trains

Better companies = higher prices generally, reading through some pages of this thread for similar companies to yours is the best way to check the price :)
Also around the same time factions started putting "no revives" into their termed wars lol
probably a coincidence
tbh Idk what a websocket is but I feel like staff could have been a bit more stern in their words before it got to this stage like how about turn "potentially maybe perhaps illicit websocket" into "Stop f*king scripting"

I can only bring myself to scroll through thousands of $1 hammers once per year I'm afraid
Is no one gonna post some of these slop Ads so those of us who haven't had the pleasure can see them??
most of the people commenting in here have never had to deal with a quadrillion stat player coming out of hospital 20 times and it shows
Hi,
I'd just like to check if the below is intended layering behaviour for the new Scream Mask
and if you could roll back the servers so i can un-buy it
Scream mask with Riot Helmet looks good

And with Vanguard Respirator looks like this

Thank you merry christmas!
You look pretty active, which means you wont be in the army for long, generally when people talk about "Spending army points" it's after many years of inactivity where they build up a huge stack of points and can get a significant boost to their strength or defence.
Whatever you spent it in, it will be negligible at this point as you could only possible have accumulated 70 days worth of points lol.
As for taking a city job, I would say Law job is the best, as you get a 10% exp boost on crimes (Maintain this after you leave the job), or even Medicine for revives (also maintain this after leaving) Both of these positions remain useful for the rest of your torn life, and while 10% education reduction is nice, I personally think it's over-rated as most educations are crap and will come eventually anyway.
One of the ones showcased on Ched's forum post was "First 100 to level 100"
So hopefully get a time machine for that one lol
This is a great update
Paying fictional money to learn a real life lesson.
Hopefully it sticks
You got sent a horses head, they can be disguised as any other item and zero your energy, SEDs hosp you.
In the future don't open gifts from untrusted sources until you have no energy to be wasted and don't mind being hosped.
Sometimes enemy factions will send you horses heads before a ranked war if they really want to win
My advice might not be a popular opinion or the meta but I'd say play Ammonette's original map.
I personally think all the player created maps sucked the fun out of CT
Except Andyman's, you must be friends with that guy irl or something.
I'd guess they intended to release it after OC 2.0 but it's been delayed again lol
According to mug's tutorial, buying weapon mods is much better energy efficiency than training that same amount of energy (I.e 1% crit is far superior to 10,000 energy trained). As for books I'd say they are definitely worth it, plus you can work on merits, and weapon Exp at the same time.
