And I'm guessing there's no logs about the ammo either. Like there were no logs last time this happened or the time I lost all my speed stats. Never mind. This game is just too flawed with just a few thousands players and never any logs. Not worth the hassle playing this piece of shit.
No mods where ever given to me by mistake, all mods I purchased including the ammo. I've purchased the holo sight twice now and I do know that I had 500 Incendiary Ammo a few weeks ago that I never used. They were purchased in the last couple of months. This is not the first time I've reported lost mod. There should be a record? Can you see mission completed and mission points collected and those mission points used?
I'm not sure if it's an update, but changes to descriptions and I think Accuracy. After that happened my mods un-equipped. My holo sight kept getting this message "Error: Upgrade not available" and showed back for purchase in "Available rewards", but you can only own 1 weapon once and since this has happened before "a number of years ago when first launched" I re-purchased it. I also lost 2 stacks of 5.56 X 250 Incendiary Ammo.
After the mods update I lost my Holo Sight and had to re-purchase it. I lost 2 stacks of 250 X 5.56 Incendiary Ammo.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I'm currently reading Ugly Energy. I'm not sure if I'm reading this wrong "Increases maximum energy and energy refills by 100 for 31 days". My energy bar has increased by 100; however I still only get 1 energy refill per day.

I used my energy refill around reset time and then I notice an hour later that the energy refill became available again . I though that I had made a mistake and then used it again, but I just notice that it is available for use again.
All I can say is that I did the mission that day and bought the 2 mods and a couple of other items using my mission credits. Then the mission was reset and I had to do the mission again, lost the 1mw Laser but still had the Reflex Sight. Is there no way to check my mission credits before that day and after? You should see a large drop in mission credits.
I had bought a Reflex Sight and a 1mw Laser, after the mission crashed the 1mw Laser was gone and back on Available rewards. I bought it again, re-equipped along with the Reflex Sight to my weapons and used them in a number of fights. Another Reflex Sight came up in Available rewards so I snapped it up. Both had the same look and +14 accuracy.
Sorry, I did not know you can't have two of the same mods. Then what happens to my mission points that I spent?
I had bought my first Reflex Sight the day of the mission reset. I had bought 2 mods, 1mw Laser and a Reflex Sight. After the reset I still had the Reflex Sight, but not the 1mw Laser. I was still able to go back and buy the 1mw laser again after the reset because some of my mission point where credit back. I had a Reflex Sight equipped my ArmaLite when I bought the second.
I had a Reflex Sight equipped to my ArmaLite, I then bought a second to attach to my BT MP9. However when I removed the 1 I had attached to my ArmaLite to see how much of a bonus it gave to the weapons accuracy, 1 of them disappeared from my inventory.

I had just spent 1000 mission points 5 minutes ago for another Reflex Sight. It showed up and I was able to quip it to my BT MP9, but when I removed then from both my weapons to check out how much of a bonus they give to my weapons one disappear.
