Hello, i want to know if smokes reduce the speed by 66% or 1/3 of max speed.
Like if i have 0% bonus speed after smoke ill have -66%. But if i have +80% speed after smoke ill have +13.33%(80-66) or -40% (1/3).
And if i have a quicken with 66% do i completely negate the efect of the smoke?

Hello guys, I suffer from a very bad syndrome called stupidity and I can't decide alone how much money should i spend on merits. I know the answer will be ' Depends on what your networth is'.
I'm not talking about buying merits every 2 levels for 250 points, i know that is worth, I'm talking about the merits like spending 200 refills in casino, or donate to church things. Is it worth spending 250m just to get a merit?
My networth is 4.5B and i try to save as much money as i can to invest them in stocks and produce more. What do you guys think? How much is really worth a merit point?

I think this topic is not talked about enough. Is there something new you can do in mid game to gain some money? i have around 14b networth and i bought almost every benefic stock ( >20 roi). Ok, whats next?
My stats are way to small for me to be hired as a merc and get a lot of money per hit, and i dont really want to gamble with mugging random people as i still want to maximize my stat gains.

This book is just rng. I heard a lot of people complaining its trash but i found 3se without any merit. My advice is if you dont want to spend points after to change the merits back, go woth just the book

Make the odd cans have a 121 minutes cooldown instead of 120m so they can be equals with even cans (+0.5 energy = 120 seconds/2)
I dont know if this is 100% correct but what i know is that ammount is based on the total of money you made from his missions. More missions = more loan.
If its not like this please correct me

The SSL is not worth and will never be. Yes, you get more gains from the natural energy but you will miss 750 energy everyday from the drugs (which will get you much more gains than the SSL will anyway). The problem is energy is not used just for training. Its the main resourse of the game and the most important one because its limited. Try to make a lot of happy jumps, 3 xan and refill every single day, join a music store to unlock gyms faster, a good job to give you energy everyday and you will get bigger in no time

im a level 63 with 10 merits i. life and a total of 4537. you prob had 5k because you were in a rw and the faction had the war perks
sell everything to be honest. you DONT need to have a pu yourself. sell it and rent a full one. sell the armalite and armour and join a faction to have then for free. start with sym1 and fhc
