I wouldn't feel oppressed if I couldn't own firearms, I don't think owning firearms is any form of "freedom" I need or care about in any way. Without a doubt I see this as a net positive, people within the borders of my country will be less dangerous and I lose nothing. It sounds great to me. I'm sure someone will panic and act like this is a slippery slope, but I don't agree with that view. I hope this gets legislated and enforced.
While this isn't the most glamorous of triumphs possible, and I am not the youngest player to do so, I do definitely feel a sense of accomplishment having followed through.
On January 6th, 2021, facing the 3rd of what would be 4 layoffs from my IRL employment I decided that there would be no better time to attempt the "Leaderboard" merit/honour bar. After scrolling through the possibilities, Times Travelled looked to be the most accessible to a noob like me.
And so, from that point on the grind to Mexico was initiated. All this during unprecedented times IRL, and during a veritable volley of Dirty Bombs in the early months of the year (oh no my flying income!!).
A few quick stats:
- I averaged 21.09/day from Jan 6 to Sep 19. This raised my all-time average from a paltry 3.72 to 11.01.
- 5370 trips to Mexico
- 13 Dirty Bombs
- 2 Torn Blackouts
Notes: I did manage to snag "Mailing Yourself Abroad" part way through this journey. I did not, however use a single BCT and never once have I had WLT in my possession.

Or the US holding territories in Guam, American Samoa, or the US Virgin Islands?
Or how about Puerto Rico, who isn't being granted statehood, but is also not allowed to be an independent nation?
You continuously harp on Capgros about European colonizers while turning a (what I can only assume is a purposeful) blind eye to your own country’s behaviours.
Now please stop derailing every thread you come across in PnL by bitching and moaning about somebody who isn't a US citizen having an opinion on US politics. Either that, or keep your thoughts to yourself on any world news outside of your borders.

I find it rather strange that the US doesn’t trust their young people to make good decisions about drinking alcohol until 21, or being able to feel secure in gender identity until 19.
But both as a society and a government are okay allowing them to sign up to join the Air Force, Army or Navy by 17 years of age.
I know that I’m comparing apples to oranges here, but it seems a little hypocritical to me.
