I was completely unable to log into my account at the start of the event, I tried for over 30 minutes before taking a break and coming back later. I did not receive a free refill. Is there a way I can get one?
Edit: leaving the above for posterity. I misread something about the refills given last Halloween when the servers went down. I was confused and was trying to find out how to get the refill I thought was already given.

I haven't filled a blood bag in quite some time but decided to fill a few today. My blood type has changed from O+ to A+.
Have you considered adding a system that allows a team to surrender? It sucks when both teams are ready for the war to be over, but it's not possible to finish before the next enlistment.
I know this would only be a problem for low-level small factions, but I think it's a feature that everyone could utilize.

I have to say Halloween has always been my favorite event and this year has been exceptional overall. I appreciate the effort going into making this work even though it's not going as planned.

If I had a nickel for every time they said the servers were crashing during an event due to unprecedented activity I'd have at least 15 nickels.
It wouldn't be a torn event if they didn't jack it up before it was over.
