In 2021, a crack hustler was sent to prison by a Torn judge for a crime he didn't commit. This genius promptly escaped from the maximum security stockade to the Torn digital underground. Today, still wanted by the government, he survives as a soldier of xanax dealing. If you have a problem, if no one else is available, and if you click on his profile, maybe you can hire Regret.
Why does Regret have such a good reputation?
I have built up a network of over 200 friends that can get any type of service done. From bounty and stat reveals, flight delays and friend/foe lists etc. If it can be done, I'll take the hassle out of you having to scour every company to determine who is available etc.
Knock knock service (Bounty Reveal) - have you been wrongly accused and had an anonymous bounty placed on your head? Would you like to find out who did it? For a fee, I will find out who placed that nasty bounty on your head (assuming they don't have the SYS Block).

Skeleton Closet (Friend/Foe list reveal) - When you want to know who has put you on their nice and naughty list, you should definitely come to see me. To do this service costs 100 job points and most detectives use their points in other ways. I've built relationships with over 25 detectives, so I can see who is on and who can do it for you. As this is a high value service, the pricing is flexible depending on demand etc. I'll let you know how much I pay, and you can decide how much commission you want to give me for doing the leg work. Insanity Check (Faction/Company list reveal) - You've got to do your homework, and this includes who has just joined your company or faction. I'll provide you with a complete list of every faction and company they've joined and for how long. Standard price is $1m (or $800k if combined with any other service).
Wannabe star (Chain/leveling List) - so you want to recognised as a bad ass. You want to maximise your respect on the next chain or you want to level up to 100 as fast as possible. I'll produce a list of wannabes that are near or a higher level than you but with lower stats so you can knock them out of the park with ease.
I'll provide you with 3 lists....
1. 50x targets that are up 50% of your total battlestats to factor in any penalties like -25% for xanax cool down.
2. 50x targets between 50% and 100% of your total battlestats to help you maximise your respect gains.
3. 20x targets between 100% and 125% of your total battlestats for when you have spent some time at the gym or on a vicodin bonus.
Payment is a donation - I ask for a donation as people place different values on the targets they receive. Plus, as an added bonus for me, I like to imagine people squirming as they decide how much is a good amount to pay me without offending me etc. It's a small guilty pleasure of mine.
Viva Revival (Revive) - I'm also a fully qualified brain surgeon, so I can perform any type of revive service including rectal thermometer calibrations. Standard price is 1x xanax or $1m.
Tub Thumper (Multi-Revives) - Perfect for Duke's bounty missions where you have to collect a certain amount of bounties. We'll work together where you can claim the bounty/ies and I will revive them each time you put them into hospital. We'll need to check with the target to make sure they have revive turned on naturally.
This service can also be used if you need your own bounties removed quickly. I'll keep an eye on you and revive you each time you land in hospital to make short work of those annoying bounties.

Elimihunter - Are you participating in Elimination? Do you want a competitive advantage? I've learned 2 things since joining Torn just under 1 year ago...
1. You need to get to level 15 as fast as possible.
2. You need friends that can help you.
I'll help you grow with the game. I'm a data scientist and I have mined over 250,000 inactive accounts and estimated their battle stats. when you know someone's stats, it becomes a lot easy to get to level 15 faster without using Baldr's overused list.
If you are interested in getting a personalised list of 20 targets, send me a message and 100 plushies (yes it can be sheep, teddy bears or kittens or any combination of plushies) or beers.
I don't con players like many others do and I have never buy mugged anyone. I'm also looking for active players that want to grow and develop in the game...

I have found that the best way to get paid for the service is by letting you decide what the service is worth to you, once you have received and reviewed it. I do it this way for 2 main reasons:
1) people value my services differently and this can be for a variety of reasons from how old the character is, to how much value they got from the service. The lowest I have recieved to date is $10 and the highest has been $200m - both figures have blown me away for different reasons.

For someone that is only 22 days old, rainb0w_7, you've done a lot to piss off several factions and individuals. I must admit it is quite an achievement to have more enemies than the number of days - currently 25 enemies and only 22 days old.
You only paint a very tainted, one sided view of the boy who cried wolf.
You were late to Organised Crimes as you were flying. Heck, you even left 10 minutes before an OC was due to be triggered, because you are more interested in yourself and how awesome you apparently are than anything else.
You then started harassing members, threatening to get them fedded without any evidence. This sort of behaviour is never tolerated, and you were warned about your behaviour several times by people in the Iron Myth Council.

You were late to Organised Crimes as you were flying. Heck, you even left 10 minutes before an OC was due to be triggered, because you are more interested in yourself and how awesome you apparently are than anything else.
You then started harassing members, threatening to get them fedded without any evidence. This sort of behaviour is never tolerated, and you were warned about your behaviour several times by people in the Iron Myth Council.

This is a beast for really annoying the opposition in a ranked war and will cause a lot of amusement for you.
High quality weapon at 131.94%.
High stealth at 6.8
