More than half of my networth was built on plushie running. I was able to afford a PI, use Xanax because of my plushie money. At this point I don't need to run plushie/flowers anymore but I feel bad for the new players. They don't have enough stats to earn from RW and Plushie/flower prices will tank. They'll have a hard time growing because they'll neither have the happiness from PI, nor the money for Xanax. So the factions that can provide free Xanax will thrive and new factions will eat the dust. 

This thing will create a big divide between veterans and newbies with no way to bridge the gap. This is almost discrimination.

I'm going the opposite direction and I think torn should finally delete the accounts marked for deletion. Too many permanently fedded accounts inflating the numbers. Purge them.

1.You can buy West Side University stock block for 10% education time reduction. 

2.You can use your merits to reduce your education time by 20%

3.You can join city education job and reach the Principal position to get another 10% reduction

You won't know. Best indicator is there friend/enemy ratio. If a long time player doing it and they have a lot of friends it's generally safe. If they have a lot of enemies, then you know they did something to someone or more people to get those enemies.

I don't think so. It's pretty easily found from searching the junkyard. There will be too much supply to increase prices significantly. Even if it spikes after release of a new crime it'll quickly go down to a  normal stable rate.

Why do you need the source? To show someone? The information is correct. I saw it in a easy merits list forum thread. However I never tried to find authentic source.

If you have bought a Donator Pack you'll find a box in your inventory. You have to open it for the Donator Status and points.

Those are the only way to increase work stats. Many companies sell trains. You can pay their directors to train you multiple times and you grow faster. If you have a specific target you're working for then go for it. Otherwise I'd say no need to buy trains.

I can take candy any time. I did 4 xan + 5edvd + ecstasy jumps. The lost energy regen and lost money both slowed down my growth significantly. I wasn't able to afford 3xan/day for a long long time. I was well beyond 1.5M stat when I started taking regular xanax 

Doing tons of happy jumps instead of doing 3xan/day. would've saved so much money. 

I can't see the first picture but I get your point. Some dress do go over the armor. To do that you have to put on the dress after the armor and the armor will stay below the dress. All dresses do not support that, so you have to try with multiple dresses.
